Grade 5 Fistula cured completely by Kshar sutra treatment

I developed a swelling at my bottom about 3 months ago. I thought it was a perianal abscess but it was not healed with antibiotics treatment. I was in pain that sometimes used to get severe and pain killers were provided only temprory relief. I then visited to Dr. Naveen Chauhan at Shri Dhanwantari Clinic, Govindpuram, Ghaziabad where he examined me and confirmed that it was fistula in ano. MRI scan was advised by him and it confirmed that my fistula was grade 5 (supralavetor track). My kshar sutra treatment was started by Dr Chauhan in April 2026 and after about a period of about four month with weekly follow up visits for kshar sutra change, my fistula track was healed completely in August 2026. I am extremely thankful to Dr. Chauhan for getting rid of this notorius disease which is known to have high recurrence rates if one undergoes conventional surgery in cased of Grade 4 or grade 5 fistula.

I had been suffering from Fistula in ano disease since about last 03 years. In Dec. 2022, I felt swelling at left side of buttocks with pain and pus discharge. I had undergone check up by a surgeon doctor and he told me that it is perianal abscess and requires incision and drainage surgery. I underwent this surgery but after about 02 months of this surgery I started feeling pain and discomfort in the same area and pus started coming through an opening at the same site where surgery was done. I contacted the same doctor and he advised me surgery again and told me that there was formation Fistula in ano at that site. Since my surgery was failed, I searched some alternative treatment and found Dr. Naveen Chauhan. I reached Shri Dhanwantari Clinic at Govindpuram, Ghaziabad for my Fistula check up and treatment. Dr. Chauhan examined me and advised for MRI scan. I underwent MRI and it showed a complex high type Fistula in ano with branches. Dr. Chauhan done my kshar sutra treatment for Complex Fistula in ano in March 2023. I used to visit weekly for kshar sutra replacement. Finally about 05 months my track was healed completely. Pain gone completely and pus discharge stopped. I am completely free from this disease now and express my grattitude to Dr. Chauhan and KSHAR SUTRA TREATMENT for Fistula in ano. I highly recommend him for Fistula treatment in Delhi NCR region, he however treated many patients from abroad too.

My father had a large abscess developed in August 2017. It was hard nodule like structure just below right side of scrotum. I took him to surgeon who suspected scrotoanal fistula and advised open surgery but cautioned me about possible recurrence and failure of surgery. Abscess and fistula cured by kshar sutra
I was suffering from a large abscess at right side of my hips. I consulted a doctor in Delhi who told me that it needs to be operated and the expenses was Rs. 35000/-. I was scared as I couldn't afford this hefty amount. I searched google and found Dr. Naveen Chauhan's Shri Dhanwantari Clinic, Ghaziabad. Got rid of my fissure with external piles !
I was having chronic anal fissure with sentinel tags. I was seeking minimaly invasive method for curing my fissure. I approached Dr. Chauhan and he ligated my tags by kshar sutra.
