I had been suffering from Fistula in ano disease since about last 03 years. In Dec. 2022, I felt swelling at left side of buttocks with pain and pus discharge. I had undergone check up by a surgeon doctor and he told me that it is perianal abscess and requires incision and drainage surgery. I underwent this surgery but after about 02 months of this surgery I started feeling pain and discomfort in the same area and pus started coming through an opening at the same site where surgery was done. I contacted the same doctor and he advised me surgery again and told me that there was formation Fistula in ano at that site. My father had a large abscess developed in August 2017. It was hard nodule like structure just below right side of scrotum. I was suffering from a large abscess at right side of my hips. I consulted a doctor in Delhi who told me that it needs to be operated and the expenses was Rs. 35000/-. I was suffering from pilonidal sinus since about last 02 years. I have undergone surgery by excision method at reputed hospital at Moradabad but it didn't heal. I was having chronic anal fissure with sentinel tags. I was seeking minimaly invasive method for curing my fissure. I approached Dr. Chauhan and he ligated my tags by kshar sutra.
