Instructions before kshar sutra treatment

Do before treatment:

• Shave the anal and perianal region with Safety razor or by using any good hair removal cream
• Take 5 gms of Panchsakar powder or any other bowel clearing medicine as prescribed by your doctor one night prior to Surgery
• Don’t take anything by mouth if Surgery is going to be carried out in Spinal or General anesthesia. At least 08 hours of fasting is required before surgery in such case
• Take light breakfast on the surgery day if it is planned under Local anesthesia. A easily digestable carbohydrate rich food like Sweet daliya, Milk toast or Kheer etc. is recommended
• Please bring all tests reports with you on the surgery day like X-Rays, MRI, Blood investigations, previous treatments records etc.
• Please inform any allergy by medicine or food item in past
